FACTORIES
Our factories are the heart of our operations. This is where we manufacture a wide range of stationery products.
The factory team is responsible for the entire production process, including operating machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe working environment.

WAREHOUSE
The Warehouse team manages the storage and distribution of all our products. They handle the dispatching of finished goods to various retail outlets and distributors.
This function is crucial for ensuring that our products are organized, easily accessible, and shipped out accurately and on time.
They are masters of logistics and inventory management. goods that our customers love.
SALES AND MARKETING
Our Sales & Marketing department is the face of Freedom Stationery. The Sales team builds and maintains relationships with our clients, Retailers, Wholesalers and Distributors, ensuring our products are widely available.
The marketing team develops strategies to promote our brand and products, creating campaigns that highlight our quality and value. They work to understand market trends and consumer needs to keep our brand relevant and competitive.
COSTING
Costing is a specialized function. This team meticulously analyses all the costs associated with producing our products, from raw materials to labour and overheads.
Their analysis helps us set competitive prices while maintaining healthy profit margins. This function is key to our business strategy and helps us remain an affordable option for our customers.
PLANNING
The Planning team forecasts demand and schedules production to meet it. They work closely with sales and the factories to ensure that we have the right amount of product at the right time.
This is a complex role that involves balancing production capacity with market demand to prevent shortages and overstocking. Effective planning is essential for effcient operations and customer satisfaction.
FINANCE
The Finance department manages all of our financial operations. They are responsible for ensuring the company's financial health, making sure we operate profitably and sustainably

PROCUREMENT
Our Procurement department is responsible for sourcing and purchasing all the raw materials and supplies needed for production.
They negotiate with suppliers to get the best prices and quality, ensuring we have a stable and reliable supply chain. Their work directly impacts our production costs and product quality.
HUMAN RESOURCES
Human Resources (HR) is dedicated to our most valuable asset: Our People. The HR team oversees the Employee Life cycle.
They work to create a positive and productive work environment, ensuring that our team members are supported, engaged, and able to grow within the company.
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (OHS)
Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is a priority at Freedom Stationery. The OHS team develops and enforces policies to ensure a safe and healthy workplace for all employees.
They conduct risk assessments, provide safety training, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Their work protects our people and is fundamental to our operational integrity.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (QMS): IT
Our IT department provides the technological infrastructure that keeps our business running smoothly. They manage all our computer systems, networks, and software.
